The small group treadmill interval training class.

Interval training is crucial for fitness gains and improved performance, but the variable weather and shorter days can make outdoor running tricky. Plus, the treadmill can be boring on your own. This fun and motivating class(suitable for all skill levels)lets you experience a new workout each week in an energetic small group setting. Think Spinning only on treadmills. Need low impact? Experience the class on an elliptical trainer instead.

When: Every Tuesday evening at 6:00pm from January 16th - April 15th.
How much: $15 per class per person Space is limited so arrive early to ensure your spot.
